“Originally, my career was in healthcare where I
founded and led a healthcare consulting and design firm for years. I did
"deals." Desiring not to travel anymore, I "retired" to be a real
estate agent. I never looked back. I love it. Within 3 years, I became
one of Albuquerque's top agents. My business is built on referrals from
satisfied clients and a strong Internet presence.
My
specialties are broad because a business built on referrals deals with
what clients need. I have sold low income homes and million dollar ones.
I am a Previews Property Specialist with Coldwell Banker. I manage many
relocations into and out of ABQ and am a Certified Relocation
Specialist with Cartus. As a baby-boomer, I handle downsizing and even
estate sales. I have a team of professionals who handle everything from
estate sales for personal items to actual moving to inspections and
repairs for seniors or Trustees of estates. I am an ePRO which means I
can do the whole deal on the Internet. It's great for out of state
clients. I work with investors buying or selling and do commercial
properties usually multi-unit residential ones.
My
success is dependent on the team of professionals I work with. I have a
partner, David Sokolowski who complements me with his photographic
skills and ability to manage inspections & repairs. We have a
dedicated and loyal team of all types of professionals from plumbers to
roofers to real estate lawyers and you name it, we have it in our
network.

tours for people looking to buy here and don't know the area. We
provide monthly market updates on Realty Times on 10 market areas. We
provide added services for Sellers including free staging, virtual tours
and sign riders where buyers can text the address and get immediate
information. We sell our listings!

philosophy is customer service and we have many awards to show for it.
